Note of Appreciation

Dear Parishioners,

Last week was a sad and busy week as Deacon Bob left for his eternal reward.

So many parishioners assisted in so many ways. There were tables and chairs to set up, chairs for Church, and a kitchen to prepare. Then salads to make, cakes to bake, hot dogs to cook and cakes to cut. Foods to the table and then dishes to clean up.

Once that was readied there were hymns to practice and Mass to attend but first a few moments with Lou and the family.

While all of this was going on, there was a sadness in hearts and a peaceful sharing of gifts and a willingness to help and make everything run smoothly. And that is what makes St Anthony’s.   We are a group of caring, giving and serving people who look out for and support each other in any way necessary.

YOU ARE ALL APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!
